Catylist Real Estate Software the leading developer of commercial real estate marketing solutions, running the premier commercial real estate listing network which contains well over 200,000 property listings and 80,000+ agent profiles. They offer a wide range of software solutions to organizations, companies and commercial real estate professionals.

As Senior Interface Designer at Catylist, I worked closely with both the marketing team and my supervisor to re-organize three distinct sites into one coherent online brand.

After much whiteboarding, we isolated Catylist's strength as a platform for both searching and marketing commercial real estate. These 'user-actions' then became the sites themselves--Market replaced the previous CIE Manager site, while Search replaced CCIMNet.

All sites took a consistent and modular header, offset from each other by a sub heading and a key highlight color. The URL structure was reworked using subdomains to make each site/action a 'part' of the Catylist Network of sites. Taken together, this rebranding focused Catylist's message and 'consistified' their sites into a functional online identity.
