		<description>Well noted Matt, unfortunately the &#039;process&#039; part is commonly overlooked by Clients (or Clients that are un-informed by designers they&#039;ve worked with in the past).  Any good designer should be responsible for the clarification of design as a process, not in a blunt, direct way to the Client, but to keep it in mind at all times.
Although based on the different topic of &#039;sites needing redesigns and hiring a pro for the job&#039;, my recent article also mentions this point, essentially:
&quot;Yes, sites can be static, but we don’t live in a static world. &quot; and... &quot;Good web design will not only address your immediate needs but should accommodate some of your goals for the future too.&quot;</description>
